从改善认知能力提高学业成绩出发安排运动密度

摘  要:儿童青少年时期是认知能力发展的敏感期,良好的认知能力可以促进学业成绩的提升,而体育活动已被证实能够对儿童青少年的认知能力产生正向影响。因此可在体育活动促进身心发展的基础上进一步发掘其对学业成绩的改善作用,并可以此作为安排体育课、体育活动的一大出发点。在方法手段上建议在体育课中安排包括有氧、无氧、混氧功能的多种身体素质相结合的具有高认知参与的运动方法;在运动强度和密度上,结合《课程标准》的要求,高强度间歇性训练和中等强度持续训练可作为合理选择;此外有必要将大课间、课后时间充分利用起来,不仅可以有效补充每天60min中高强度身体活动需要,还能缓解学业压力,提高下节课课堂注意力。Children and adolescence are sensitiveto the development of cognitive ability,and good cognitive ability can pro mote the improvement of academic performance,and physical activity has been proved to have a positive impact on the cognitive ability of children and adolescents.Therefore,on the basis of promoting physical and mental development of physical activities can be further explored,and this can be used as a major starting point for the arrangement of physical education classesand physical education activities.In terms of methods and means,it is suggested to arrange a combination of aerobic,anaerobic and mixed-oxygen physical fitness with high cognitive participation in physical education classes;in terms of intensity and density of exercise,combined with the requirements of the Curriculum Standards,high-intensity intermittent training and moderate-intensity continuous training can be a reasonable choice.In addition,it is necessary to make full use of the large break and after-class time,which can not only effectively supplement the needs of high intensity physical activity in60min per day,but also relieve the academic pressure and improve the attention of the next class.
