摘 要:目的为更好的了解农村高年级小学生的心理弹性状况,并为提升农村高年级小学生心理弹性水平提供教育对策与建议。方法采取随机抽样法抽取河北某地区3所农村小学267名高年级小学生为被试,采用《青少年心理韧性量表》测查其心理弹性水平,运用SPSS26.0软件对收集的数据进行独立样本t检验。结果农村高年级小学生的心理弹性水平最低得分37分,最高得分131分,平均为(94±18)分,不同性别的农村高年级小学生心理弹性水平在情绪控制维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);五六年级的农村小学生心理弹性水平除人际协助维度外均差异有统计学意义;独生子女与非独生子女农村高年级小学生的心理弹性水平在情绪控制维度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论教育者需要根据农村高年级小学生的性别差异、独生子女与非独生子女差异等开展积极的心理健康教育,以进一步提升农村高年级小学的心理弹性水平。Objective To better understand the psychological resilience of senior primary school students in rural areas,and provide relevant suggestions and countermeasures to improve the psychological resilience level of senior primary school students in rural areas.Methods In this study,a total of 267 senior primary school students from rural areas in Hebei Province were randomly taken as subjects,and the current situation of psychological resilience of senior primary school students in rural areas was investigated by the Adolescent Mental Resilience Scale.SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the collected data with independent sample t-test.Results The following results were obtained:the lowest score of psychological resilience of primary school students in Grade 5 and Grade 6 in rural areas was 37 points,the highest score was 131 points,and the average value was(94±18)points.There were significant differences in the level of psychological resilience of students of different genders in the emotional control dimension(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the level of psychological resilience among students of different grades except interpersonal assistance dimension.There was a significant difference in the emotional control dimension between the only child and the non-only child(P<0.05).Conclusion Educators need to carry out active mental health education based on the gender differences and differences between only and non-only children among rural senior primary school students,to further enhance the psychological resilience level of rural senior primary schools.
