摘  要:采用文献资料、归纳演绎等研究方法,对高校健美操课程引入课程思政的必要性进行了深入探讨。从课程目标、动作与音乐、教学过程和考核评价等方面充分挖掘课程思政的设计素材,并从增强健美操教师的思政意识、加强思政意识和健美操融合的重视程度、厘清课程思政建设思路等方面对高校健美操的教学改革提出建议,旨在为我国高校健美操课程的思政建设提供有益的借鉴和参考。This paper uses research methods of literature review and inductive deduction to explore the necessity of introducing ideological and political education into college aerobics courses.We have fully explored the design materials of course ideological and political education from the aspects of course objectives,actions and music,teaching process and assessment evaluation.We have also proposed countermeasures for the teaching reform of college aerobics from several aspects,such as enhancing the ideological and political awareness of aerobics teachers,strengthening the importance of integrating ideological and political awareness with aerobics,and clarifying the ideas for course ideological and political construction,in order to provide useful reference and guidance for the ideological and political construction of aerobics courses in Chinese universities.
