摘 要:民族传统体育项目作为中华优秀传统文化的重要组成部分,需要在体育课堂教学中给予更多的重视,这对传承优秀文化、培养民族精神具有十分重要的意义。文章从民族传统体育项目的概述、融入体育课堂教学的意义等理论层面和收集多样化、趣味性的民族传统体育项目等实践层面两个维度出发,旨在推进民族传统体育项目更快更好地走进体育课堂教学,提升学生的传统体育运动技能,强化学生的民族文化认同感,让学生做民族传统体育的传承者和继承者。As an important part of China's excellent traditional culture,traditional ethnic sports need to be given more attention in physical education classroom teaching,which is of great significance for inheriting excellent culture and cultivating national spirit.The article starts from two dimensions:an overview of traditional ethnic sports,the significance of integrating them into physical education classroom teaching,and the practical aspect of collecting diverse and interesting traditional ethnic sports projects.The aim is to promote the faster and better integration of traditional ethnic sports into physical education classroom teaching,enhance students'skills in traditional sports projects,strengthen students'sense of ethnic cultural identity,and enable students to become inheritors and successors of traditional ethnic sports.
