福州市结直肠癌知晓率和筛查率的调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查福州市居民对结直肠癌(colorectal cancer,CRC)防控的知晓率。方法选取2022年6月至2023年12月于福州大学附属省立医院健康管理中心体检的18~70岁成年人进行问卷调查。问卷含15个问题,内容涉及CRC发病趋势、CRC危险因素、CRC筛查人群、CRC筛查方法和周期。结果共调查2256人,有效问卷2233份,有效率98.9%。本组人群知晓率40.3%。《结直肠癌筛查核心知识问卷》答题正确率11.33%~77.34%。便潜血检测率20.7%,肠镜检测率23.2%。不同年龄段、职业和收入水平人群的知晓率和筛查率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论目前福州市居民对结直肠癌的知晓率和筛查参与度尚有提升空间,需大力开展CRC防控知识健康教育工作,提高CRC筛查率。Objective To investigate the awareness rate of colorectal cancer(CRC)prevention and control among residents in Fuzhou City.Methods Random sampling method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey among adults aged 18 to 70 years who came to the Health Management Center of Fujian Provincial Hospital Affiliated to Fuzhou University from June 2022 to December 2023.The questionnaire contained 15 questions on CRC incidence trends,CRC risk factors,CRC screening population,CRC screening methods and screening cycles.Results A total of 2256 people were surveyed,and 2233 valid questionnaires were returned,with an effective rate of 98.9%.The results showed that the awareness rate was 40.3%.The correct rate of each question in the core knowledge questionnaire of CRC screening was between 11.33%to 77.34%.The rate of fecal occult blood test was 20.7%,and the rate of colonoscopy was 23.2%.There were significant differences in awareness rate and screening rate among different age groups,occupations and income levels(P<0.05).Conclusion There is still room for improvement in the awareness and participation of CRC screening among residents in Fuzhou.It is necessary to carry out health education on CRC prevention and control knowledge to improve CRC screening rate.
