摘  要:目的探究二维超声联合四维超声在产前诊断胎儿肢体畸形中的应用价值.方法回顾性分析2022年6月-2023年6月在包钢集团第三职工医院进行产前筛查的1000例孕妇的临床资料,所有孕妇均已完成二维与四维超声检查,以引产或分娩结果为金标准,分析二维联合四维超声对胎儿肢体畸形的诊断效能.结果二维超声联合四维超声诊断肢体畸形胎儿15例(1.50%),引产/分娩证实肢体畸形胎儿12例(1.20%),超声诊断与引产/分娩率比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.342,P>0.05);二维超声联合四维超声诊断的灵敏度为91.67%、特异度为99.60%、准确率为99.50%.结论二维超声联合四维超声对胎儿肢体畸形的诊断效能较佳,能够准确诊断出绝大部分肢体畸形胎儿,值得推广应用.Objective To explore the application value of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal diagnosis of fetal limb deformities.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 1000 pregnant women who underwent prenatal screening in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023.All pregnant women had completed two-dimensional and four-dimensional ultrasound examinations,and the diagnostic efficacy of two-dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound for fetal limb deformities was analyzed based on the results of induced labor or delivery as the gold standard.Results Two dimensional ultrasound combined with four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosed 15 fetuses with limb deformities(1.50%),and confirmed 12 fetuses with limb deformities(1.20%)during induced labor/delivery.There was no statistically significant difference between ultrasound diagnosis and induced labor/delivery rates(χ^(2)=0.342,P>0.05);the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of the combination of three-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis are 91.67%,99.60%,and 99.50%,respectively.Conclusion The combination of two-dimensional ultrasound and four-dimensional ultrasound has better diagnostic efficacy for fetal limb deformities,and can accurately diagnose the vast majority of fetal limb deformities,which is worth promoting and applying.
