摘　　要：目的探讨间歇充气加压治疗仪联合踝泵运动预防老年胆囊切除患者下肢深静脉血栓的效果.方法选取2022年1月-2023年6月80例老年胆囊切除患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组采取踝泵运动,观察组采取间歇充气加压治疗仪联合踝泵运动,对比两组凝血、血流动力学指标、下肢深静脉血栓发生率等.结果术后第10天,观察组凝血指标低于对照组;观察组血流峰速度、血流量均远高于对照组,观察组下肢深静脉血栓发生率、下肢肿胀评分远低于对照组,足功能评分远高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论间歇充气加压治疗仪联合踝泵运动可改善凝血指标,促进血液循环,预防老年胆囊切除患者术后下肢深静脉血栓的疗效显著.Objective To explore the effect of intermittent inflation pressure therapy combined with ankle pump exercise on preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients undergoing cholecystectomy.Methods Eighty elderly patients who underwent cholecystectomy from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group of 40 cases each.The control group received ankle pump exercise,while the observation group received intermittent inflation pressure therapy combined with ankle pump exercise.The coagulation,hemodynamic indicators,and incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the lower limbs were compared between the two groups.Results 10 days after surgery,the postoperative coagulation indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;the peak blood flow velocity and blood flow in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The incidence of deep vein thrombosis and lower limb swelling score in the observation group were much lower than those in the control group,and the foot function score was much higher than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intermittent inflation and compression therapy with ankle pump exercise can improve coagulation indicators,promote blood circulation,and have a significant therapeutic effect on preventing postoperative deep vein thrombosis in elderly patients undergoing cholecystectomy.
