龙胆泻肝汤对肝胆湿热型青光眼患者心理状态和生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨龙胆泻肝汤对肝胆湿热型青光眼患者心理状态和生活质量的影响.方法选择2022年1月-2023年12月重庆爱尔眼科医院收治的80例肝胆湿热型青光眼患者作为此次研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各40例.对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在常规西医治疗的基础上给予龙胆泻肝汤治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后的眼压和视力、中医证候评分、心理状态和生活质量.结果治疗后,两组患者视力和眼压均有明显改善,中医证候评分降低,心理状态明显改善,生活质量明显提高,组内差异均显著(P<0.05).但治疗后,观察组以上指标均较对照组改善更为显著(P<0.05).结论龙胆泻肝汤可以显著改善肝胆湿热型青光眼患者的心理状态和生活质量,值得临床推广应用.Objective To explore the effect of Longdan Xiegan Tang on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with liver gallbladder damp heat type glaucoma.Methods 80 patients with liver and gallbladder damp heat type glaucoma admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using the number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Longdan Xiegan Tang treatment on the basis of conventional Western medicine treatment.Compare the intraocular pressure,visual acuity,Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,psychological status,and quality of life of two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,both groups of patients showed significant improvements in vision and intraocular pressure,with a decrease in Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom scores,a significant improvement in psychological status,and a significant improvement in quality of life.The differences within the groups were significant(P<0.05).However,after treatment,the above indicators in the observation group improved more significantly than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Longdan Xiegan Tang can significantly improve the psychological state and quality of life of patients with liver and gallbladder damp heat glaucoma,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
