厚朴排气合剂联合腹部微波治疗小儿无痛结肠镜术后腹胀的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨厚朴排气合剂联合腹部微波治疗小儿无痛结肠镜术后腹胀的效果。方法:选取2022年7月-2023年9月收治的60例无痛结肠镜术后腹胀患儿,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组30例。对照组单独给予腹部微波治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合口服厚朴排气合剂治疗。比较两组胃肠功能恢复情况及不良反应发生情况,并评估疗效。结果:观察组肠鸣音恢复、首次排气、首次排便及腹胀完全缓解时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率、治疗后胃肠功能指标优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:厚朴排气合剂与腹部微波联合治疗小儿无痛结肠镜术后腹胀,能够缓解不适症状,且安全性高。Objective:To explore the application effect of houpu exhaust mixture combined with abdominal microwave treatment for postoperative abdominal distension in children undergoing painless colonoscopy.Methods:Sixty children with postoperative abdominal distension after painless colonoscopy admitted to hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with abdominal microwave therapy alone,while the experimental group was treated with oral houpu exhaust mixture combined therapy.The recovery of gastrointestinal function and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups,and the therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:The recovery time of bowel sounds,first exhaust,first defecation,and complete relief of abdominal distension in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment and gastrointestinal function indicators after treatment were better than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of houpu exhaust mixture and abdominal microwave therapy can effectively alleviate discomfort symptoms in children after painless colonoscopy,and is safe and reliable.
