重载轮胎垂向力与纵向力联合估计算法及验证

摘  要:针对现有轮胎垂向力与纵向力间接估计方法存在误差累计、力线性饱和区等问题,开展基于胎内应变信号的重载轮胎垂向力与纵向力联合估计方法研究,建立了考虑材料力学与几何结构的16.00R20重载轮胎有限元模型,通过轮胎刚度加载试验与模态振动试验验证了有限元模型的准确性;探究了轮胎垂向力与纵向力复合加载工况下的轮胎力学变形特征与周向、轴向应变特性;通过对胎面内衬层点位周向应变曲线的非对称性分析,提出了前后接地角、接地长度作为垂向力估计辨识特征,周向应变谷值差作为纵向力估计辨识特征,在此基础上,分析了垂向力与纵向力的可联合性,结合支持向量机建立了垂向力与纵向力联合估计模型。计算结果表明:垂向力加载范围为5000~800000 N时,估计模型训练集均方根误差为30.34 N,平均绝对百分比误差为0.14%;纵向力加载范围为0~25000 N时,估计模型训练集最大误差为128.5 N,平均绝对百分比误差为0.28%,模型能实现轮胎垂向力与纵向力的准确估计。Aiming at the problems of error accumulation and force linear saturation zone in the existing indirect estimation methods of vertical force and longitudinal force,we carry out the research on the joint estimation method of vertical force and longitudinal force of heavy-duty tires based on the strain signal inside the tire,establish the finite element model of 16.00R20 heavy-duty tires with consideration of the material mechanics and geometrical structure,and validate the accuracy of the finite element model through the tire stiffness loading test and the modal vibration test;The mechanical deformation characteristics and circumferential and axial strain characteristics of the tire under the composite loading condition of vertical force and longitudinal force are investigated;through the asymmetric analysis of circumferential strain curves of the inner liner ply points of the tread,the front and rear grounding angles and grounding lengths are put forward as the identification characteristics of the vertical force estimation,and the difference of circumferential strain valleys is taken as the longitudinal force estimation identification characteristics,and the jointing of the vertical and longitudinal forces is explored and discussed based on which the jointing of vertical and longitudinal forces is investigated.On this basis,the joint estimation model of vertical force and longitudinal force is established by combining the support vector machine.The calculation results show that:when the loading range of vertical force is 5000~800000 N,the root-mean-square error of the training set of the estimation model is 30.34 N,and the average absolute percentage error is 0.14%;when the loading range of longitudinal force is 0~25000 N,the maximum error of the training set of the estimation model is 128.5 N,and the average absolute percentage error is 0.28%,which makes the model realize accurate estimation of the vertical and longitudinal forces of tires.The model can realize the accurate estimation of vertical force and longi
