文化与医学视域下对当代中医情志学说研究的思考

摘　　要：中医学根植于中国传统文化。儒、释、道三家思想为中国传统文化的基石和精髓,是中医情志学说形成和发展的文化和思想根源。中医情志学说的“形神一体观”“以心神为主导的五脏藏神论”“人格体质论”等核心理论及其中医情志病防治的“天人合一”“形神合一”“意象思维”等理念蕴含着丰富的文化内涵,是不同于现代心理学、精神病学的独特理论体系。该文通过剖析中医情志学说的文化内涵,在文化与医学视域下,探讨当代中医情志学说的继承与创新,认为当代情志学说的研究应着重于以下几个领域:不同人格体质的情志病发病及防治的流行病学和生物学基础研究;不同人格体质情志病的证候规范化判别模式研究;跨文化的情志学说研究;当代社会文化对情志病发病影响的研究;加强具有本土文化特色的情志病防治研究。在文化和医学视域下研究中医情志学说,不仅有助于继承和发扬其特色和优势,构建具有中国本土特色的精神心理理论和实践体系,且在当前医学全球化的背景下,通过理论和技术的交流,实现其理论创新与实践应用。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is rooted in traditional Chinese culture.Confucianism,Buddhism and Taoism are the cornerstone and essence of traditional Chinese culture,and also are the cultural and ideological origins for the formation and development of TCM emotional theory.The core viewpoints of TCM emotional theory such as the view of physique-spirit trinity,the theory of five zang-organs storing spirit led by heart spirit,and the correlation of personality with constitution,as well as the concepts such as‘the unity of heaven and man’,‘the unity of physique and spirit’and‘imagery thinking’associated with the prevention and treatment of TCM emotional disorders,contain rich cultural connotations,indicating that the TCM emotional theory is a unique theoretical system different from the modern psychology and psychiatry.By studying the cultural connotations of TCM emotional theory,this paper discussed the inheritance and innovation of contemporary research on TCM emotional theory from the perspective of culture and medicine.It is proposed that the contemporary research on TCM emotional theory should focus on the following aspects:epidemiological and basic biological research on the pathogenesis and prevention of emotional disorders with different personalities and constitutions,study on the standardized discriminant mode of syndromes of emotional disorders with different personalities and constitutions,cross-cultural emotional theory research,study on the influence of contemporary social culture on the incidence of emotional disorders,and enhancement of the research on the prevention and treatment of emotional disorders with local cultural characteristics.The research on the TCM emotional theory from the perspective of culture and medicine will not only help to inherit and develop the characteristics and advantages of TCM emotional theory and to construct a theory and practice system of spiritual psychology with Chinese native features,but also realize the theoretical innovation and practical applicat
