摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平总书记深入思考“世界怎么了、我们怎么办”这一关乎人类前途命运的重大课题,提出推动构建人类命运共同体的倡议。“人类命运共同体”提出十年来,经历了从理念、到思想、到实践以及不断完善的过程,成为中国特色社会主义的重大理论创新。这一思想涵盖相互区别又相互交叉的四层含义:是新时代中国的对外交往政策;是顺应经济全球化深入发展大势的中国智慧;是解决全球问题的“中国方案”;是世界各国人民前途所在。这一思想是马克思主义革命学说与中华传统“和合”文化、马克思主义追求人类解放的革命精神与“和合”精神相结合的产物,它强调社会主义国家和资本主义国家命运与共,具有重大的政治意义;同时对于马克思主义中国化时代化具有重要的方法论意义。Since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,General Secretary Xi Jinping has thought deeply about“what is wrong with the world and what should we do”,a major issue concerning the future and destiny of mankind.And he has proposed building a community with a shared future for mankind,a thinking that has experienced from a vision,a thought,a practice to a process of continuous improvement for a decade since being proposed.This thinking has become a major theoretical innovation of socialism with Chinese characteristics,covering the four layers of meanings which are interrelated and overlapped:China’s policy on foreign exchanges in the new era;a Chinese wisdom to follow the trend of economic globalization;“Chinese solution”to global problems;the future of the people around the world lies in.And this thought is the product of the combination of the Marxist revolutionary theory and the Chinese traditional harmonious culture as well as the combination of the revolutionary spirit of pursuing human liberation and the Chinese traditional harmonious spirit.It has great political significance which emphasizes that socialist countries and capitalist countries share a common destiny.In addition,it is of great methodological significance to adapt Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.
