摘  要:针对某物资海上补给需要,设计新型装填装置,在设计全过程中采用数字化仿真技术,保证了装置机构设计的合理性和正确性。对装置的机构进行设计并分析其工作原理,然后用UG进行三维数字建模,分析机构的设计的合理性,再通过ADAMS进行运动学和动力学仿真,分析机构在工作过程中受力和运动干涉情况,并通过ABAQUS静力学分析,对装置结构进行强度和刚度校核。结果表明:装置的强度和刚度满足设计要求,并且在整个工作过程中物资不会与其他部件发生干涉。A new type of filling device is designed to meet the needs of goods replenishment at sea,and the digital simulation technology is used in the whole design process to ensure the rationality and correctness of the device mechanism design.Firstly the mechanism of the device is designed and its working principle is analyzed.UG is used for 3D digital modeling to analyze the rationality of the design of the mechanism.Then kinematics and dynamics simulation are carried out through ADAMS to analyze the force and motion interference of the mechanism in the process of work,and through ABAQUS statics analysis,the strength and stiffness of the device structure are checked.The results show that the mechanism,strength and stiffness of the device meet the design requirements,and the goods will not interfere with other parts during the whole working process.
