摘  要:从土木工程及交通运输专业特点出发,针对高校人才培养模式与企业及实际工程项目关联性较弱、人才理论知识体系滞后于工程关键技术发展等问题,基于校企协作的重点桥梁工程建设项目,提出“产教融合校企协作”的双循环教学模式。通过对产教融合校企协作对人才培养模式改革的相关研究及实践进行综合分析和总结,阐述了产教融合校企协作在人才培养模式改革中的重要意义。产教融合校企协作可以促进产业和教育的良性互动,能够切实提高人才培养的针对性和实践能力,推动教育创新和产业发展的良性循环,提升学校和企业的合作意识和水平,促进双方资源共享和优势互补。因此,产教融合校企协作对于推进土木工程及交通运输专业人才培养模式改革具有重要意义。Based on the characteristics of civil engineering and transportation majors,this paper aims at the problems such as the weak correlation between college talent training mode and enterprises and actual engineering projects,and the disconnection between the theoretical knowledge system of talents and key engineering technologies.Through the comprehensive analysis and summary of the relevant research and practice on the reform of personnel training mode,this paper expounds the important significance of the school-enterprise cooperation in the reform of personnel training mode.The integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation can promote the benign interaction between industry and education,effectively improve the pertinency and practical ability of talent training,and promote the virtuous cycle of educational innovation and industrial development.Therefore,the integration of production and education with school-enterprise cooperation is of great significance for promoting the reform of the training mode of civil engineering and transportation professionals.
