摘　　要：在现代社会生活中,心理应激所带来的一系列负面效应对人类机体健康产生越来越明显的影响。当应激反应的程度超过了机体的适应能力时,会诱发多种生理或心理疾病。口颌系统作为一个包含牙齿、肌肉、关节、骨骼和神经的整体,也是心理应激性损伤的靶点之一。深入研究心理应激对口颌系统的负性效应和机制,探索应激负性效应导致疾病的对抗策略,对提升口颌系统疾病的病因学认识、创新治疗方法、提升军人这个特殊群体的应激适应和对抗能力等具有重要意义。本文围绕应激对口颌系统的影响机制与相关防治策略进行总结,并对未来研究方向进行展望,以实现更为有效的防治心理应激性损伤。In modern social life,a series of negative effects caused by psychological stress have an increasingly obvious impact on human health.When the degree of stress response exceeds the adaptive capacity of the body,it will induce a variety of physiological or psychological diseases.The stomatognathic system,as a whole including teeth,muscles,joints,bones and nerves,is also one of the targets of psychological stress injuries.In-depth research on the negative effects and mechanisms of psychological stress on the stomatognathic system,and exploration of countermeasures against diseases caused by negative stress effects are of great significance in enhancing the etiological understanding of stomatognathic system disorders,innovating therapeutic methods,and improving the ability of stress adaptation and countermeasures of military personnel.This paper summarizes the influencing mechanisms of stress on the stomatognathic system and related prevention and treatment strategies,and looks forward to the future research direction to achieve more effective prevention and treatment of psychological stress injuries.
