成都有轨电车路基工程电子档案管理应用模式探析

摘　　要：结合成都有轨电车蓉2号线工程路基电子档案管理现状,对工程建设电子档案在运用过程中所遇到的各项挑战进行剖析,分析制定增强电子档案资源配置的对策;探讨将电子档案的收集与整理流程标准化,优化电子档案的存储条件,提高档案电子化程度并不断提升档案工作人员职业素质的管理模式。Combined with the current situation of electronic archive management of Chengdu tram Rong 2 project roadbed,the challenges encountered in the use of electronic archives in the construction process are analyzed,and countermeasures to enhance the allocation of electronic archive resources are analyzed and formulated;and the standardization of the collection and finishing process of electronic archives is explored to optimize the storage conditions of electronic archives,to increase the degree of archive electrification,and to improve the professional quality of the archive staff.management mode.
