摘  要:目的:探讨基于能力本位专科护士培养衔接模式在护理专硕临床实践能力中的影响。方法:采用整群便利抽样法抽取新疆某三级甲等医院2020级专业型护理研究生为对照组,2021级专业型护理研究生为干预组,其中干预组采用基于能力本位专科护士培养衔接模式,对照组采用传统的培养模式。两组均在临床轮转结束后对学生的理论成绩、操作成绩、专科知识成绩、护理病例书写、个案和教学查房以及临床小讲课能力进行考核,并让学生填写护理问题对应行动自我评价量表(OPSN)、护士行为目标达成度评价量表(NPGA)和护理科研能力量表,将两组学生临床实践能力和科研能力进行评价。结果:两组学生的理论成绩、专科知识成绩、操作成绩、病例讨论成绩、个案和教学查房及临床小讲课得分比较,干预组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组中文版OPSN得分、NPGA得分和护理科研能力量表得分比较,干预组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将基于能力本位专科护士培养衔接模式应用于护理学专业型研究生教育,可提高其护理实践能力和科研能力水平,有助于对护理专业型硕士研究生的培养。Objective:To explore the influence of the articulations-based training model of specialized nurses on the clinical practice ability of nursing master.Methods:Cluster convenience sampling method was used to select 2020 professional nursing postgraduates from a third-level grade-A hospital in Xinjiang as the control group and 2021 professional nursing postgraduates as the experimental group.The experimental group adopted the competency-based specialty nurse training connection model,and the control group adopted the traditional training model.After the end of the clinical rotation,the students in both groups were assessed on their theoretical scores,operational scores,specialized knowledge scores,nursing case writing,case and teaching rounds,and clinical lecture ability,and the students were asked to fill in the nursing problem corresponding Action Self-assessment scale(OPSN),the nurse Behavior Goal Achievement Evaluation Scale(NPGA)and the nursing research ability scale.The clinical practice ability and scientific research ability of the two groups of students were evaluated.Results:The scores of the two groups in theory,specialty knowledge,operation,case discussion,case,teaching rounds and clinical lectures were higher in the intervention group than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the Chinese version of the two groups,the scores of OPSN,NPGA and nursing research ability scale were higher in the intervention group than in the control group,and the difference was statis-tically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the articulation-based training model of specialized nurses to the education of nursing graduate students can improve their nursing practice ability and scientific research ability,and is helpful to the training of nursing graduate students.
