摘 要:目的:了解护理大专生在线学习期间学习投入现状及影响因素。方法:于2022年11月-12月采用方便抽样法对新疆现代职业技术学院239名护理大专生使用一般情况调查表、学习投入量表、一般自我效能量表、学习适应量表进行调查。结果:(1)239名护理大专生学习投入总分为(56.49±17.39),自我效能总分为(27.23±6.38),学习适应总分为(98.34±15.92);(2)不同年级护理大专生在学习投入总分得分上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)护理大专生学习投入与自我效能、学习适应呈正相关(P<0.05);(4)自我效能、学习适应进入护理大专生学习投入情况回归方程。结论:护理大专生在线学习期间,学习投入处于中等偏下水平,自我效能、学习适应是护理大专生学习投入情况的影响因素。Objective:To understand the status and the influencing factors of nursing college students'learning engagement.Methods:From April to May 2022,239 nursing college students in Xinjiang Modern Vocational and Technical College were investigated with the convenient sampling method by using the general situation questionnaire,the learning input scale,the general self-efficacy scale,and the learning adaptation scale.Results:(1)The total score of 239 nursing college students'learning engagement was(56.49±17.39),the total score of self-efficacy was(27.23±6.38),and the total score of learning adaptation was(98.34±15.92).(2)There was a significant difference in the scores of learning input among nursing college students of different grades(P<0.05).(3)Nursing college students'learning engagement is positively correlated with self-efficacy and learning adaptation(P<0.05).(4)The regression equation of nursing college students'learning adaptation was entered by self-efficacy and learning adaptation.Conclusion:Nursing college students'learning engagement is at the lower middle level,and self-efficacy and learning adaptation are the influencing factors of learning engagement of nursing college students.
