摘　　要：历辈达擦济咙呼图克图是西藏地区非常著名的活佛世系,不仅在宗教领域声名显赫,而且在清代西藏地方政治领域具有重要影响力。十世达擦济咙·阿旺班垫曲吉坚赞于1875年至1886年担任西藏地方摄政,光绪皇帝赏其“通善”名号,他曾率领西藏地方僧俗民众反对英人入藏、平息喇嘛廓商冲突、采取防疫措施、下令警戒烟酒等重要事项,为维护西藏的稳定和祖国领土的完整,进一步加强与中央政府之间的关系做出了重要贡献。The successive generations of Rta-tshag Hutukutu were prestigious reincarnation in Tibet,not only in the religious field,but also in the local political field of Tibet during Qing Dynasty.The tenth reincarnation,the Rta-tshag-ngag-dbang-dpal-ldan-chos-kyi-rgyal-mtshan served as regent of Tibet from 1875th to 1886th,and the emperor Guangxu awarded him a title of"Tongshan".He led the monks and lay people in Tibet to oppose the British into Tibet,quelled the conflicts between Tibet and Kashimir,offered epidemic prevention measures,and ordered Tibetans to quit tobacco and alcohol.Moreover,he made an important contribution in the respect of maintaining the stability of Tibet and the territorial integrity of the motherland,and further strengthening the relationship with the central government.
