摘  要:对光面轮胎雕刻花纹,研究胎面花纹设计,包括花纹纵沟宽度和深度、花纹块宽度及纵沟倒角设计对轮胎噪声的影响。轮胎转鼓噪声测试结果表明:轮胎的纵向花纹设计对轮胎噪声有一定影响,通过优化纵向花纹块宽度和花纹沟宽度设计可以降低轮胎噪声。Patterns were engraved on the tread of smooth tires,and the influence of tread pattern design,such as the width and depth of the longitudinal groove of the pattern,the width of the pattern block and the chamfer of the longitudinal groove,on tire noise was studied.The test results of the tire drum noise showed that the longitudinal pattern design of the tire had a certain impact on the tire noise.By optimizing the design of the width of the longitudinal pattern block and the width of the pattern groove,the noise of the tire could be reduced.
