摘 要:新时代高校学生干部培养关乎为党育人、为国育才的使命担当,关乎在校师生的体验感、幸福感和获得感,是凝魂聚气、强基固本、提质增效的基础工程。通过探析新时代高校学生干部培养的意义,观照新时代高校学生干部培养的现实,分析出理论与实践结合不够、能力与服务有失偏颇、工作与学业无法兼顾、功利与修养价值错位、使用与培养相互脱节、严管与厚爱难以并重、结果与过程评价偏误、单干与协同边界不清等八个方面的问题,并有针对性地提出完善培养模式、增强服务意识、回归学习常识、明确身份识别、健全育人机制、提升抗挫能力、建立容错机制、强化拓展训练等八种对策,为新时代高校学生干部培养提供一些参考。The training of college student cadres in the new era is closely related to the Party's mission of educating people and cultivating talents for the country.It plays a fundamental role in fostering team spirit,strengthening foundations,improving quality and efficiency while ensuring teachers'and students'sense of experience,happiness,and achievement within educational institutions.This paper analyzes the significance of training college student cadres in the new era by examining current practices.Eight issues are identified,,including emphasizing on theory rather than practical application,on abilities over service orientation,on work than academic pursuits,on utility than self-cultivation,on the use over the long-term training,on strict management than fostering love among student cadres,on results than process-oriented learning,on promoting independent work over collaboration.To address these challenges,eight countermeasures are proposed which include improving training methods,developing a stronger service mindset among participants,re-emphasizing foundational knowledge acquisition through continuous learning processes,clarifying roles and responsibilities within leadership positions,refining education mechanisms to better support cadre development,enhancing resilience against setbacks,establishing fault-tolerant mechanisms to encourage growth from mistakes and strengthening expansion programs to broaden experiences beyond routine tasks.They will provide valuable insights for effectively training college student cadres in the new era.
