摘 要:在临床实践中,传统的影像学检查手段对于胸腺上皮肿瘤(thymic epithelial tumors,TETs)的诊断价值有限。^(18)F-FDG PET/CT作为一种非侵入性成像方式,已被证实在其他实体肿瘤诊断中发挥了重要作用。随着^(18)F-FDG PET/CT的普及,其在TETs的应用价值也逐步凸显。全文总结了^(18)F-FDG PET/CT在TETs诊断、分期、监测治疗反应和预后等方面的应用现状与研究进展,以期为TETs的临床诊疗提供参考。In clinical practice,conventional imaging modalities have limited diagnostic value for thymic epithelial tumors(TETs).However,^(18)F-FDG PET/CT,as a non-invasive imaging modality,has been shown to play a significant role in other solid tumors.With the increasing use of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT,its application value in thymic epithelial tumors has been increasingly emphasized.This paper summarizes the current status and research progress of the application of^(18)F-FDG PET/CT in diagnosing,staging,monitoring treatment responses,and predicting outcomes for TETs,in order to offer assistance for clinical diagnosis and treatment of thymic epithelial tumors.
