摘  要:氢气作为一种清洁能源,其易泄漏、易扩散、易爆燃等诸多安全隐患,给实验室的安全管理带来了严峻挑战。高校实验室作为前沿科技探索的摇篮,利用氢气从事科学研究具有一定的探索性,因此技术安全管理显得尤为重要。有效控制氢气潜在风险的关键是从设计之初就融入本质安全理念,“不泄漏、早发现、不积累”的原则是氢气安全管理和改造实践的核心策略:“不泄漏”要求通过高标准的维护和定期检查来确保设备的密封性;“早发现”要求实验室配备敏感的氢气泄露监测报警系统;“不积累”要求保持良好的通风条件。同时,应加强日常巡查管理和定期组织氢气安全知识培训,形成全方位、多层次的安全防护网,确保科研活动在安全的前提下顺利进行。Hydrogen,as a clean energy source,is prone to many safety hazards such as leakage,diffusion and explosion,posing serious challenges to laboratory safety management.As the cradle of cutting-edge technological exploration,the use of hydrogen in scientific research in university laboratories has a certain degree of exploratory significance.Technical safety management is particularly important.The key to effectively controlling the potential risks of hydrogen is to integrate the concept of intrinsic safety from the beginning of design.The principle of“no leakage,early detection,and no accumulation”is the core strategy of hydrogen safety management and renovation practice.“No leakage”requires high standards of maintenance and regular inspections to ensure the sealing of equipment.“Early detection”requires laboratories to be equipped with sensitive hydrogen leakage monitoring and alarm systems.“No accumulation”requires maintaining good ventilation conditions.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen daily inspection management and regularly organize hydrogen safety knowledge training to form a comprehensive and multi-level safety protection network,ensuring that scientific research activities can proceed smoothly under the premise of safety.
