摘　　要：在全面推进职业教育提质培优、增值赋能的背景下,国家大力支持并推进职教集团化办学,鼓励实体化运作。文章系统分析了现有国内职教集团的运行模式、运行状态及各投资主体利益相关性,提出构建多元投资主体职教集团的建设对策,以期积极引导多元投资主体共建职教集团可持续发展,切实推进职教集团办学实体化运作。Against the backdrop of comprehensively promoting the quality improvement and empowerment of vocational education,the state strongly supports and promotes the group-based operation of vocational education,and encourages the operation of entities.This article systematically analyzes the operation modes,operational status,and the correlation of interests among various investment entities of existing domestic vocational education groups.It proposes strategies and suggestions for constructing vocational education groups with diversified investment entities,actively guides diversified investment entities to jointly build sustainable development of vocational education groups,and effectively promotes the entity-based operation of vocational education groups.
