摘　　要：随着我国汽车保有量的增长,市场对汽车保险从业人员的需求和职业素养的要求不断提升。职业院校与学科教师肩负着为行业培育高素质人才的使命,汽车保险与理赔课程是学生从事汽车保险相关岗位工作前的必修课。因此,在育人过程中培养爱国家、懂规范、有道德、识风险的汽车保险从业人员尤为重要。本文从课程中蕴含的思政元素入手,讨论课程知识点融入思政元素后的教学设计改进,提出课程思政的实践路径,以更好地指导汽车保险与理赔课程思政教学改革。With the growth of China's automobile ownership,the market demand for automobile insurance practitioners and the requirements of professionalism are constantly rising.Vocational colleges and subject teachers shoulder the mission of cultivating high-quality talents for the industry,and the course of Automobile Insurance and Claims is a mandatory course for students before they work in automobile insurance-related positions.Therefore,it is particularly important to cultivate automobile insurance practitioners who love the country,know the norms,have morals,and are aware of risks in the process of educating people.In this paper,starting from the elements of ideology and politics embedded in the course,we discuss the improvement of teaching design after the integration of the knowledge points of the course into the elements of ideology and politics,and put forward the practical path of ideology and politics of the course,so as to better guide the reform of ideology and politics of teaching in the automobile insurance and claims course.
