摘　　要：随着一系列国家重大主题性美术创作工程的相继立项实施,新时代主题性美术创作在焦虑和阵痛中再次被唤醒,在承前继后、继往开来中迎来了新的历史机遇与挑战。它以写实的手法构建了新时代艺术与社会、历史与审美的价值规范体系,成为中国美术现代化的自觉选择与审美诉求。而梳理新时代主题性美术创作的历史发展脉络,总结其艺术特征和规律,探讨制约新时代主题性美术创作的理论和现实问题,成为新时代以来中国美术发展亟待解决的重大课题,具有很强的当代性价值。With the successive implementation of a series of national major thematic art creation projects,thematic art creation in the new era has been revived amidst anxiety and pain.This resurgence has brought forth new historical opportunities and challenges in preserving the past and shaping the future.It has established a system of values and norms of contemporary art,society,and history through realistic techniques,becoming the conscious choice and aesthetic pursuit of Chinese art modernization.However,examining the historical trajectory of thematic art creation,delineating its artistic characteristics,and addressing the theoretical and practical constraints that hinder its progress have emerged as pivotal issues in the development of Chinese art in the new era.This endeavor holds significant contemporary relevance.
