摘 要:为提升学生综合能力,培养创新型人才,在基础化学实验教学中引入了项目制研究性学习法。将知识面宽、应用性广、前沿性强的科研课题“胶体金纳米颗粒的制备及应用”打造为创新探索性实验项目。以科研项目为牵引,以问题为导向,以综合能力培养为目标,引导学生进行主动学习、团队协作、自主设计探究,不断提升自身能力素养。在实验教学过程中不断迭代改进教学方法,创设更加开放、自主的实验环境,完善多维性评价体系,总结项目制研究性学习法的应用要点及注意事项,最终为基础化学实验课程提供了一种培养本科生创新思维和科研能力的教学模式。Project-based learning(PBL)method was introduced into the teaching of basic chemistry experiments at the aim of enhancing students’comprehensive and innovative abilities.Frontier research project“Preparation and Application of Colloidal Gold Nanoparticles”was developed to an physical chemistry innovative and exploratory project due to its advantages,such as extensive knowledge and wide applicability.In order to guide students to engage in active learning,team collaboration,and independent design and exploration,continuously improve their comprehensive abilities and qualities,problem oriented learning was used under the guide of scientific research projects.During the experiment,teaching methods were continuously iteratively improved,more open and independent experimental environment was created,the multidimensional evaluation system was improved,and application points and precautions of PBL method were summarized.Ultimately,PBL method was proved to be a suitable teaching mode in basic chemistry experimental courses for cultivating undergraduate students’innovative thinking and scientific research abilities.
