摘 要:针对高校算力规模增长带来的高能耗及传统电能利用率指标在衡量高性能计算平台绿色低碳中无法准确刻画算力和能耗之间关系的问题,研究了高校高性能计算平台算力与能耗构成和主要低碳技术。在分析统计高校算力规模和电能利用效率的基础上,提出了通用算力碳效概念来计算能耗与算力的关系;同时从绿色低碳技术、节能降碳措施等方面提出了双碳背景下高校高性能计算平台发展建议。本文对高校高性能计算平台低碳建设具有一定指导与借鉴意义。In view of the high energy consumption caused by the increase of the scale of computing power in universities,the traditional power usage effectiveness cannot accurately depict the relationship between computing power and energy consumption in measuring the green and low carbon of high-performance computing platform.Therefore,composition of computing power and energy consumption and the main low-carbon technologies of high-performance computing platform in universities are studied.Based on the analysis and statistics of the computational power scale and power usage effectiveness,a general carbon efficiency model is proposed to calculate the relationship between computing power and energy consumption,meanwhile,in the context of dual carbon,recommendations for developing high-performance computing platform in universities are proposed from low-carbon technologies and carbon reduction measures.This paper has certain guidance and reference significance for the low carbon construction of high-performance computing platform in universities.
