舒血宁注射液联合依达拉奉右莰醇治疗急性脑梗死的临床效果

摘　　要：目的:观察使用舒血宁联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)的治疗效果。方法:选取2023年1月—6月张家口市第一医院60例发病时间在48h内的脑梗死病例,按随机数表法入组病例,分为观察组和对照组,各30例。在常规治疗的基础上,观察组给予舒血宁注射液+依达拉奉右莰醇,对照组给予依达拉奉右莰醇,疗程均为14天。根据美国国立卫生院卒中量表 (NIHSS)来评估患者的神经功能缺损程度,使用日常生活能力评定量表(ADL)评价患者依赖度,采用全自动全血分析仪器检测全血黏度,全自动生化分析仪检测血清中胱抑素C(CysC)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平。结果:治疗后所有患者NIHSS评分均减低,并且观察组分值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后患者ADL评分均提高,且对照组低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后全部患者血液检测指标均减低,且对照组CysC、Hcy、血黏度等血液指标高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒血宁联合依达拉奉右莰醇注射液可促进急性脑梗死患者的神经功能恢复,下调血清Cys-C、Hcy水平,提高脑梗死疗效。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Shuxuening combined with Edaravone dexcamphorol injection on acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Method:A total of 60 cases of cerebral infarction were selected from January to June 2023 in the First Hospital of Zhangjiakou City,and the onset time was within 48 hours.According to random number table method,the cases were divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the observation group was given Shuxuening injection combined with Edaravone dexcamphorol,and the control group was given Edaravone dexcamphorol.The course of treatment was 14 days.Neurological deficits were assessed according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS),the patient dependence was evaluated by the ADL,the whole blood viscosity was detected by automatic whole blood analyzer,and the CysC and Hcy levels were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Result:After treatment,all patients had lower NIHSS scores,and the score of observation group was lower than that of control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the ADL scores of all patients were improved,and the control group was lower than the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood test indexes of all patients were reduced,and the blood indexes of CysC,Hcy,blood viscosity and other blood indexes in control group were higher than those in observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuxuening combined with Edaravone dextrocamphorol injection can promote the recovery of nerve function in patients with acute cerebral infarction,reduce the levels of serum CysC and Hcy,and improve the curative effect of cerebral infarction.
