自酸蚀粘结剂联合复合树脂对乳牙龋病填充修复治疗的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨对乳牙龋病患儿采用自酸蚀粘结剂+复合树脂填充修复治疗的临床效果。方法 选取125例乳牙龋病患儿作为研究对象,以投掷硬币法作为分组依据,分为参照组(n=62)和研究组(n=63)。参照组施以全酸蚀粘结剂+复合树脂填充修复治疗,研究组施以自酸蚀粘结剂+复合树脂填充修复治疗。比较两组患儿治疗1颗牙用时5、10 min的占比及治疗效果、并发症发生率。结果 研究组患儿治疗1颗牙用时5、10 min占比分别为47.62%、31.75%,均比参照组的29.03%、16.13%高,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患儿治疗总有效率98.41%比参照组的83.87%更高,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组患儿并发症发生率3.17%比参照组的14.52%低,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论 临床对乳牙龋病患儿应用自酸蚀粘结剂+复合树脂进行填充修复治疗,治疗1颗牙用时5、10 min的占比及治疗效果显著提升,根尖周病以及牙髓病发生率降低,预后良好。Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-etching adhesive combined with composite resin for filling repair of dental caries of deciduous teeth.Methods A total of 125 children with dental caries of deciduous teeth were selected and divided into a reference group(n=62)and a study group(n=63)by coin-tossing method.The reference group received total-etching adhesive+composite resin for filling repair,and the study group received self-etching adhesive+composite resin for filling repair.The percentage of treatment time of 5 min and 10 min for 1 tooth,treatment effects and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment time of 5 min and 10 min for 1 tooth in the study group were 47.62%and 31.75%,which were higher than 29.03%and 16.13%in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 98.41%in the study group was higher than 83.87%in the reference group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of 3.17%in the study group was significantly lower than 14.52%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the filling repair of children with dental caries of deciduous teeth with self-etching adhesive+composite resin,the percentage of treatment time of 5 or 10 min for 1 tooth and the treatment effect are significantly improved,and the incidence of periapical disease and endodontics is reduced,and the prognosis is good.
