近视患者准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术围术期综合干预的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究近视患者准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)的围术期综合干预效果。方法选择200例近视患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组100例(200眼)。所有患者均进行准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗,对照组给予围术期常规干预,研究组给予围术期综合干预。比较两组患者视觉质量[斯特列尔比(SR)、调制传递函数截止频率(MTF cutoff)及100%对比敏感度的视觉质量分析系统(OQAS)分值(OV100%)、20%对比敏感度的OQAS分值(OV20%)、9%对比敏感度的OQAS分值(OV9%)、客观散射指数(OSI)]、对干预方式的满意度、术后并发症发生率。结果研究组SR(0.27±0.09)、MTF cutoff(33.05±5.18)c/deg及OV100%(1.36±0.41)、OV20%(1.37±0.43)、OV9%(1.50±0.47)均大于对照组的(0.23±0.02)、(30.20±4.26)c/deg、(1.15±0.11)、(1.18±0.14)、(1.26±0.21),OSI(0.39±0.08)小于对照组的(0.46±0.12),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率0.50%低于对照组的12.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总满意率99.00%高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予近视患者准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术手术围术期综合干预能够减少术后并发症的发生,提高患者满意度,改善视觉质量。Objective To explore the perioperative comprehensive intervention of laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)in myopia patients.Methods 200 patients with myopia were selected for the study and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 100 cases(200 eyes)in each group.All patients were treated with laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis,with perioperative conventional interventions in the control group and perioperative comprehensive interventions in the study group.Both groups were compared in terms of visual quality[Strehl's ratio(SR),modulation transfer function cutoff frequency(MTF cutoff),and optical quality analysis system(OQAS)values under 100%contrasts(OV100%),OQAS values under 20%contrast(OV20%),OQAS values under 9%contrast(OV9%),objective scatter index(OSI)],satisfaction with the intervention modality,and incidence of postoperative complications.Results The study group had SR of(0.27±0.09),MTF cutoff of(33.05±5.18)c/deg,OV100%of(1.36±0.41),OV20%of(1.37±0.43)and OV9%of(1.50±0.47),all of which were greater than(0.23±0.02),(30.20±4.26)c/deg,(1.15±0.11),(1.18±0.14)and(1.26±0.21)in the control group;OSI of(0.39±0.08)in the study group was lower than(0.46±0.12)in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications of 0.50%in the study group was lower than 12.50%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group 99.00%was higher than that of the control group 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive interventions for laser-assisted in situ keratomileusis can reduce postoperative complications,improve satisfaction,and enhance visual quality of patients.
