摘 要:肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)是极具异质性和侵袭性的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,严重威胁着全球人民的健康。肝移植是HCC的根治性治疗策略之一,但术后高的复发率、转移率使得患者长期生存仍然面临挑战。因此,阐明HCC的潜在发病机制对于开发新的有效的诊断生物标志物和治疗方法至关重要。盘状蛋白结构域受体(discoidin domain receptor,DDR)属于跨膜受体酪氨酸激酶家族,在包括肿瘤在内的多种疾病中发挥着重要的调节作用。DDR有DDR1和DDR2两个成员。DDR1在多种肿瘤中的作用已被广泛研究,许多研究人员已将其确定为研发肿瘤治疗抑制剂药物的强大候选靶点。然而,其在HCC中的作用和机制尚不明确。在该文中,我们对DDR1在HCC中的研究进展作一简要综述,尽可能为HCC的治疗提供新的见解。Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the highly heterogeneous and invasive malignant tumors of the digestive system,posing a serious threat to the health of people worldwide.Liver transplantation is one of the radical treatment strategies for HCC,but the high recurrence and metastasis rates after surgery still pose challenges to the long-term survival of patients.Therefore,elucidating the potential pathogenesis of HCC is crucial for developing new and effective diagnostic biomarkers and treatment methods.Discoidin domain receptor(DDR)belongs to the transmembrane receptor tyrosine kinase family and plays an important regulatory role in many diseases,including tumors.DDR has two members:DDR1 and DDR2.The role of DDR1 in various tumors has been widely studied,and many researchers have identified it as a powerful candidate target for developing tumor therapy inhibitor drugs.However,its role and mechanism in HCC are still unclear.In this article,we provide a brief overview of the research progress of DDR1 in HCC,in order to provide new insights for the treatment of HCC as much as possible.
