摘  要:以香菇0912为供试菌株,在培养料中以紫穗槐屑代替硬杂木屑进行栽培试验,通过比较菌丝生长速度、产量、生物学效率和子实体营养成分,筛选紫穗槐屑代替木屑的最优配比。结果表明:以木屑86%、麸皮13%、石膏1%为基础配方,紫穗槐屑添加量为43.0%和59.9%时,菌丝生长速度较快,分别为12.01和12.06 mm/d,生物学效率比对照高60%左右,差异达到极显著水平。添加了紫穗槐屑的处理,第2潮开始产量增加明显,而对照产量集中于第4、5潮。添加紫穗槐屑处理子实体中铅含量稍高,但是低于《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》(GB 2762—2022)限量标准。Using Lentinula edodes strain 0912 as the test cultivar,a cultivation experiment was conducted by replacing hardwood sawdust with Amorpha fruticosa shavings in the cultivation substrate.The optimal ratio of A.fruticosa shavings to replace sawdust was determined by comparing mycelial growth rate,yield,biological efficiency,and nutritional components of the fruiting bodies.The results indicated that when using a base formula of 86%sawdust,13%wheat bran,and 1%gypsum,adding either 43.0%or 59.9%A.fruticosa shavings resulted in the strain showing fast mycelial growth rates,reaching 12.01 or 12.06 mm/day,respectively,with a biological efficiency of approximately 60%,which was significantly higher than the control.Treatments with the addition of A.fruticosa shavings showed a significant increase in yield starting from the second batch,while the control’s yield was concentrated in the fourth and fifth batches.The lead content in the fruiting bodies of treatments with added A.fruticosa shavings was higher but still far below the limit set by the National Food Safety Standard for Contaminants in Foods(GB 2762-2022).
