摘　　要：周人以商王鬼神战略为镜鉴,根据敌我实力消长,先后采取退避、依附、结盟、封建等战略,寻求在多方战略博弈中构建权力均势,建立了由中心向外围辐射的战略格局。本文回顾西周重大战略决策和执行历程,归纳总结其特征,探讨西周战略得失。People of the Zhou Dynasty took the ghost and god strategy of the Shang king as a mirror,and adopted strategies such as retreat,dependence,alliance,and feudalism according to the rise and fall of the enemy's strength,seeking to build a balance of power in the multi-party strategic game and establish a strategic pattern radiating from the center to the periphery.This article reviews the major strategic decision-making and implementation process of the Western Zhou Dynasty,summarizes its characteristics,and explores the gains and losses of the Western Zhou Dynasty's strategy.
