摘  要:目的:了解杭州市2~6岁儿童龋齿的牙面分布规律,比较树脂、氧化锆、玻璃陶瓷乳牙预成冠的抗压缩破坏力值。方法:抽取杭州口腔医院城西院区儿童口腔科就诊的1000名2~6岁儿童进行口腔检查并记录,分析患龋差异。将树脂、氧化锆、玻璃陶瓷乳牙预成冠分别用树脂粘接剂粘接在下颌第二乳磨牙的树脂模型上。在万能材料试验机上进行抗压缩强度测试,记录试件抗压缩破坏力值。采用SPSS 24.0统计分析软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:右下第二乳磨牙患龋风险最高,左侧第二乳磨牙次之。乳磨牙患龋率高于乳前牙。龋齿牙面风险切端/牙合面大于近中远中邻面,舌面患龋率最低。三组抗压缩破坏力值依次为A组(694.85±292.20)N,B组(537.31±152.03)N,C组(613.73±303.92)N。两两相较,三种材料的差别均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杭州市2~6岁儿童乳牙龋有牙面特异性,乳磨牙患龋率高,牙面多。三种乳牙预成冠材料均可满足临床需要。树脂预成冠抗压缩破坏力值大于玻璃陶瓷乳牙预成冠和氧化锆预成冠。Objective To investigate the regularities of caries distribution in the primary dentition of children in Hangzhou,China.To measure the compressive failure resistance of primary mandibular second molar crowns from three different manufacturers-resin preformed crown,zirconia preformed crown and glass preformed crown.Methods A total of 1000 children aged 2-6 years were selected from the children's Stomatology department in the west of Hangzhou Stomatology Hospital.Resin,zirconia and glass-ceramic deciduous teeth were preformed on the resin model of mandibular second deciduous molar with resin adhesive respectively.The compressive strength test was carried out on the universal material test machine,and the compressive destructive force value of the specimen was recorded.SPSS 24.0 statistical analysis software was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results Right mandibular second primary molars are at highest risk of caries,followed by left.Primary molars suffer from higher caries than primary anterior teeth.The distribution of caries concentrated on the occlusal surface,followed by the mesial and distal proximal caries,and lingue caries have the lowest rate.3 group of compressive failure resistance respectively:resin group(694.85±292.20)N,zirconia group(537.31±152.03)N,glass group(613.73±303.92)N.The comparison between any two of them has no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The primary tooth caries distribution has specificity in tooth surface.Primary molars have a high rate of caries,and there are many caries surfaces.The forces required to fracture the resin crowns were greater than the glass porcelain and zirconia crowns.
