重睑成形术后褶皱深浅度的影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨重睑成形术后重睑褶皱深浅度的影响因素。方法:选取2022年5月-2023年4月南通伯思立医疗美容医院整形外科接诊有重睑褶皱患者102例(204侧眼),筛选出患者、整形医师对重睑褶皱深浅度评价一致的案例分为深度组(n=57)、正常组(n=80)、浅度组(n=23)。测量内侧角膜异色边缘点、瞳孔中点、外侧角膜异色边缘点重睑褶皱反折距离、瞳孔中点解剖重睑高度、是否有凹陷性瘢痕及内外角膜异色边缘点垂线之间的重睑褶皱线宽像素值。结果:深度组、正常组内侧角膜异色边缘点、瞳孔中点、外侧角膜异色边缘点重睑褶皱反折距离对比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。浅度组患者内侧角膜异色边缘点反折距离及瞳孔中点反折距离均低于深度组、正常组(P<0.05)。深度组解剖重睑高度数值及重睑褶皱线宽像素值大于正常组、浅度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。深度组重睑凹陷性瘢痕占比大于正常组、浅度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重睑深浅度分为解剖重睑深浅度和表现重睑深浅度。表现重睑深浅度与解剖重睑高度、重睑线切口是否有凹陷性瘢痕、手术方式有关。Objective To investigate the influencing factors of double eyelid depth.Methods From May 2022 to April 2023,the Department of Plastic Surgery of Nantong Bosili Medical Aesthetic Hospital received 102 patients with double eyelid folds(204 lateral eyes),and the cases in which patients and plastic surgeons unanimously evaluated the depth of double eyelid folds were divided into deep group(n=57),normal group(n=80),and shallow group(n=23).The internal measurement of keratomic edge points,pupil midpoint,lateral keratomic heterochromic edge point,refolding distance of the double eyelid fold,pupil midpoint,anatomical double eyelid height,whether there is a depressed scar,and the pixelage width of the double eyelid crease between the perpendicular lines of the internal and external corneal heterochromic edge points were measured.Results There were no significant differences in the reflexural distance of the reflexural fold of the keratoptromatic edge point,the midpoint of the pupil and the lateral corneal heterochromic edge point in the depth group and the normal group(P>0.05).The retroflexion distance of the interchromatic edge point and the midpoint of the pupil in the shallow group were lower than those in the depth group and the normal group(P<0.05).The values of anatomical eyelid height and double eyelid creaseline width in the depth group were significantly higher than those in the normal group and shallow group(P<0.05).The proportion of depressed scars in the deep group was greater than that in the normal group and superficial group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Double eyelid depth is divided into anatomical double eyelid depth and expressive double eyelid depth.The depth of the eyelid is related to the anatomical height of the double eyelid,whether there is a depressed scar in the double eyelid line incision,and the surgical method.
