体表血管瘤和脉管畸形的影像学诊断研究进展

摘　　要：体表血管瘤和脉管畸形是整形外科的一大类疾病。这些疾病大多难以彻底治愈,复发率高,甚至有时可发生大出血,危及生命。如何在治疗前明确病灶的类型,尽可能精确地了解病灶范围、供血血管等信息,进而选择合适的治疗方式,指导治疗过程并对预后进行评估,均依赖于影像学的辅助。临床上常用的影像学检查包括超声、磁共振成像、数字减影血管造影、磁共振血管造影及CT血管造影等。随着近年来影像学的发展,在这些技术的基础上衍生出许多新的技术,部分技术甚至实现了4D动态影像,更全面地满足了临床需求。本文对体表血管瘤和脉管畸形常用影像学检查的优缺点及各种新技术进行综述,并展望其发展前景。Superficial hemangiomas and vascular malformations are a large category of diseases in plastic surgery.Most of these diseases are difficult to remove,with high recurrence rate,even lead to massive bleeding,life-threatening.How to define the type of the lesion before treatment,understand the scope and blood supply information as accurately as possible,as to select the appropriate treatment,get more guidance and better prognosis assessment,greatly depend on the assistance of imaging examination,including ultrasound,magnetic resonance imaging,digital subtraction angiography,ect.With the development of imaging technologies,many new technologies appeared,meeting more clinical demands.In this paper,we will review the advantages and disadvantages of the commonly used imaging technologies and some new technologies in superficial hemangiomas and vascular malformations,and discuss the prospects of the them.
