摘  要:目的:探讨基于PDCA的SPOC教学方法在心内科护理实践教学中的应用效果。方法:采用方便抽样法,选择广西某综合性三甲医院2019年至2020年50名(对照组)、2020年至2021年46名本科实习护士(试验组)作为研究对象。对照组采用传统常规带教方法,试验组在对照组基础上采用基于PDCA的SPOC教学方法。结果:试验组在理论出科成绩、基础技能成绩、专科技能成绩均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的临床教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于PDCA的SPOC教学方法有利于提高本科实习护士的临床实习教学效果及教学满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of the PDCA⁃based SPOC teaching method in cardiology nursing practice education.Methods:Convenient sampling was used to select 50 undergraduate intern nurses(control group)from 2019-2020 and 46 from 2020-2021(experimental group)at a comprehensive tertiary hospital in Guangxi.The control group used traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group employed the PDCA⁃based SPOC teaching method in addition to the control group's approach.Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in theoretical exit scores,basic skills scores,and specialty skills scores,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).The clinical teaching satisfaction of the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(p<0.05).Conclusion:The PDCA⁃based SPOC teaching method effectively improves the clinical internship teaching effect and satisfaction of undergraduate intern nurses.
