摘 要:探讨融合CBL和PBL的讨论式教学方法在医学影像学实习课教学改革中的应用效果。本研究采用试验对照方法,试验组实施CBL和PBL相融合的讨论式教学方法,对照组实施传统的讲授学习教学方法。研究结果显示试验组学生的平时能力测试总成绩、阅片能力测试总成绩、理论笔试总成绩均高于对照组,其差异具有统计学意义,说明融合CBL和PBL的讨论式教学方法优于传统教学方法。Objective:To explore the application effect of a discussion⁃based teaching method integrating Case⁃Based Learning(CBL)and Problem⁃Based Learning(PBL)in the reform of medical imaging internship courses.Methods:An experimental control method was employed in this study.The experimental group implemented the discussion⁃based teaching method integrating CBL and PBL,while the control group used the traditional lecture⁃based teaching method.The study results showed that the experimental group had higher total scores in regular competency tests,image interpretation tests,and theoretical written exams compared to the control group,with the differences being statistically significant.This indicates that the discussion⁃based teaching method integrating CBL and PBL is superior to traditional teaching methods.
