后疫情时代雨课堂联合CBL教学方法在血液病教学中的应用

摘  要:目的:探讨后疫情时代雨课堂联合CBL教学方法在血液病教学中的应用效果。方法:将我校临床医学专业的学生分为试验组和对照组。试验组采用雨课堂联合CBL教学方法进行教学,对照组采用传统讲授式教学,通过期末试卷及调查问卷的方式评估雨课堂联合CBL教学方法的应用效果。结果:试验组的基础理论知识、病例分析以及总成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组学生的自学能力、理解能力、临床思维方面的得分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在血液病教学中,雨课堂联合CBL教学方法提高了学生的学习成绩、自学能力、理解能力和临床思维,是一次对线上教学方法的有意义的探索。Objective:To explore the effectiveness of the Rain Classroom combined with Case⁃Based Learning(CBL)teaching method in hematology teaching during the post⁃pandemic era.Methods:Students majoring in clinical medicine at our university were divided into experimental and control groups.The experimental group received teaching using the Rain Classroom combined with CBL method,while the control group received traditional lecture⁃based teaching.The effectiveness of the Rain Classroom combined with CBL method was evaluated through final exam scores and surveys.Results:The experimental group showed significantly higher scores in basic theoretical knowledge,case analysis,and overall grades compared to the control group(P<0.05).Scores in self⁃learning ability,comprehension,and clinical reasoning were also higher in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In hematology teaching,the Rain Classroom combined with CBL method improves students'academic performance,self⁃learning ability,comprehension,and clinical reasoning.This study represents a meaningful exploration of online teaching methods in the post⁃pandemic era.
