摘 要:本文基于测量不确定度评定方法,对水下耐压环肋圆柱壳强度试验结果进行了不确定度研究,建立一套适用于水下耐压结构强度试验的不确定度分析方法,给出环肋圆柱壳典型位置应力在一定置信水平下的置信区间。研究表明,对于精车加工的环肋圆柱壳模型典型位置的应力,数据测量与杨氏模量引起的不确定度最大,板厚和初挠度引起的不确定度相对较小。本文研究结果对提高水下耐压结构强度试验技术和试验精度具有参考意义。In this paper,based on the law of uncertainty expansion,the uncertainty analysis of the strength test results of underwater pressure ring rib cylindrical shell is studied,and a set of uncertainty analysis method suitable for underwater pressure structure strength test is established.The confidence interval of typical position stress of annular ribbed cylindrical shell under certain confidence level is given.The results show that the uncertainty caused by data measurement and Young's modulus is the largest for the stress in the typical position of the circular rib-cylindrical shell model with fine turning,while the uncertainty caused by plate thickness and initial deflection is relatively small.The results of this paper have reference significance for improving the test technique and test accuracy of underwater compressive structure strength.
