核心素养视域下健美操运动队高效训练的策略研究

摘　　要：核心素养是人才培养的衡量标准,受到广泛关注,成为教育改革新方向,成为新型人才培养新目标,也成为健美操训练效果的一个重要评价指标。从落实学科核心素养,促进学生全面发展出发,以健美操训练为研究对象,分析了高效开展健美操训练的价值与思路,并对核心素养视域下健美操高效训练策略进行了探索,旨在优化健美操训练方式,提高健美操运动员竞技能力,促进其素养以及能力的全面发展。Core literacy is the measurement standard for talent cultivation,which has received widespread attention and become a new direction for education reform and a new goal for cultivating new talents.It has also become an important evaluation indicator for the effectiveness of aerobics training.Starting from implementing the core quality of the subject and promoting the all-round development of the students,taking aerobics training as the research object,this paper analyzes the value and ideas of carrying out aerobics training efficiently.It also explores the efficient training strategy of aerobics from the perspective of core literacy,aiming at optimizing the training mode of aerobics,improving the competitive ability of aerobics athletes,and promoting the all-round development of their accomplishment and ability.
