基于CiteSpace的国内外患者需求研究热点及趋势可视化分析

摘　　要：目的通过对国内外文献的梳理对比,分析患者需求领域的研究热点和发展趋势,为后续相关研究提供参考。方法检索2003年1月1日—2023年7月31日收录在中国知网数据库和Web of Science核心数据库的相关文献,运用CiteSpace软件对国内外文献的发文量、发文作者、发文机构、关键词进行可视化分析。结果共纳入中文文献1480篇、英文文献7430篇;中英文文献发文量总体呈持续上升趋势,但均未形成稳定的核心作者群;与国外机构相比,国内跨机构合作较少。除健康教育外,国内外研究热点各有侧重:国外研究关注机器学习、危重护理、安宁疗护、疼痛管理、生活质量等;国内研究更关注质性研究、医疗保险、慢性病管理、影响因素等。结论未来研究可聚焦健康教育、慢性病管理、安宁疗护等方向,以移动医疗和人工智能技术为手段,创新服务模式,并探索按需求支付的医疗保险政策,精进医疗服务。Objective Based on the comparison of domestic and international literature,the study analyzes hotspots anddevelopment trends in the field of patient needs providing insights for future studies.Methods Literature from the CNKIdatabase and Web of Science core database,spanning from January 1,2003,to July 31,2023,was searched.CiteSpacesoftware was then used to visually compare and analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywordsin both domestic and international research.Results A total of 1480 Chinese literatures and 7430 English ones wereincluded.Both Chinese and English literature showed a significant increase in publication volume,but no stable coregroup of authors was identified.Compared to international institutions,domestic institutions have less inter-institutionalcollaboration.In addition to health education,research hotspots differ between a domestic and international studies:internationalresearch emphasizes machine learning,critical care,hospice care,pain management,quality of life,etc.Domesticresearch pays more attention to qualitative research,medical insurance,chronic disease management,and influencingfactors.Conclusions Future research should focus on health education,chronic disease management,hospice care andexplore innovate service models using mobile health technologies and artificial intelligence.Additionally,it should investigatedemand-based medical insurance policies to improve medical services.
