摘　　要：为了提升综合管廊运维的安全性与效率,本文通过介绍巡检机器人的功能模块设计及其在综合管廊中的安装与穿越防火分区设计,深入分析了巡检机器人在综合管廊智慧化过程中的重要应用。在功能模块设计方面,巡检机器人集成环境感知、实时通信等多项功能,确保了对管廊内部环境的全面监测。在安装过程中,特别考虑了防火分区的穿越问题。探讨巡检机器人与综合管廊智慧管控平台的深度融合。在综合管廊水泥结构缺陷检测方面,巡检机器人凭借其高精度的检测能力,显著降低漏检率。研究结果表明,巡检机器人在综合管廊智慧化中的应用不仅提升了运维效率,也增强了管廊的安全性,为城市基础设施的智能化管理提供了新的解决方案。In order to improve the safety and efficiency of the operation and maintenance of the integrated pipe corridor,this paper analyzes the important application of the inspection robot in the intelligent process of the integrated pipe corridor by introducing the functional module design of the inspection robot and its installation in the integrated pipe corridor and the design of crossing the fire protection zone.In terms of functional module design,the inspection robot integrates multiple functions such as environment perception and real-time communication to ensure the comprehensive monitoring of the interior environment of the pipe corridor.During the installation process,special consideration was given to the problem of crossing fire zones.To explore the deep integration of inspection robot and intelligent management and control platform of integrated pipe corridor.In the comprehensive pipe corridor cement structure defect detection,the inspection robot significantly reduces the missed detection rate by virtue of its high-precision detection ability.The research results show that the application of inspection robots in the intelligent integrated pipeline corridor not only improves the operation and maintenance efficiency,but also enhances the security of the pipeline corridor,and provides a new solution for the intelligent management of urban infrastructure.
