摘 要:针对传统单一维修器材配送供应商能力评估无法满足战时维修器材需求急、频率高、数量不确定等问题,借鉴云计算的概念,将器材仓库、物流公司等具有配送能力的单位抽象为云节点,提出基于云服务的战时维修器材配送思路。构建基于云服务的战时维修器材配送架构,分析配送能力评估流程,建立基于云服务的配送节点集合的能力评估模型,采用基于AHP-熵权法完成对评估指标的确定。最后通过算例验证了该方法的可行性。Aiming at the problems of traditional single maintenance equipment evaluation of the distribution capability of suppliers that cannot meet the urgent demand,high frequency and uncertain quantity of wartime maintenance equipment,materials warehouse,logistics company and other units with distribution capacity are abstracted as cloud nodes by referring to the concept of cloud computing,and the idea of wartime maintenance materials distribution based on cloud service is proposed.After the distribution architecture of wartime maintenance equipment based on cloud service is constructed,the distribution capability evaluation process is analyzed,the capability evaluation model of distribution node set based on cloud services is established,and the method based on AHP-entropy weight is used to determine the evaluation index.Finally,an example is given to verify the feasibility of the method.
