磺化离心-气相色谱法测定动物源性食品中有机磷农药的残留量

摘　　要：本文建立以1%酸化乙腈提取,使用磺化离心法对动物源食品中11种(敌敌畏、甲胺磷、皮蝇磷、杀螟硫磷、马拉硫磷、毒死蜱、倍硫磷、对硫磷、乙硫磷、蝇毒磷、乐果)有机磷农药的残留量进行测定。有机磷标准工作曲线在10.0〜200μg/L内线性范围良好,为外标法定量。动物源性食品中有机磷标准工作溶液添加回收率为81.5%〜90.8%,测得的相对标准偏差在0.051%〜5.10%之间。磺化离心方法的检出限、定量限、回收率、精密度均满足相关标准的要求,可作为日常检测的应用。A method utilizing 1%acidified acetonitrile extraction and sulfurization centrifugation was established to quantify the residue levels of 11 organophosphorus pesticide in animal food,including dichlorvos,methamidophos,dermatis,pyrifos,malathion,chlorpyrifos,fenthion,parathion,ethiophosphorus,and dimethoate.The standard working curve of organophosphorus had a good linear range of 10.0〜200μg/L,and was quantified by external standard method.The recovery rates of organophosphorus standard working solutions added to animal-derived food was 81.5%〜90.8%,and the relative standard deviation measured was between 0.051%〜5.10%.The detection limit,quantification limit,recovery rate,and precision of the sulfonation centrifugation method met the standard requirements,it can be used for daily detection applications.
