摘　　要：质量风险管理是企业管理的重要组成部分,涉及到产品或服务的质量保证、提升和改进。PDCA循环作为一种常用的质量管理工具,对于质量风险管理具有重要的指导意义。详细地阐述了基于PDCA风险管理实施过程中各阶段所需关注的内容,探讨了该方法应用中的优势与挑战,以期为企业提供一种有效的质量风险管理思路。Quality risk management is an important component of enterprise management,it involves quality assurance,improvement,and enhancement of products or services.The PDCA cycle,as a commonly used quality management tool,has important guiding significance for quality risk management.The contents that need to be paid attention to at each stage of the implementation process of PDCA risk management is elaborated in detail,and the advantages and challenges in the application of this method are discussed,so as to provide an effective quality risk management approach for enterprises.
