摘　　要：通过系统调查中国档案云服务供应商及企业自用档案云服务现状,获取企业档案云服务的实际案例,识别并详述当下主流的云服务类型,探讨其未来发展趋势。研究发现,当前企业档案云服务主要包括云存储管理、在线访问与共享、数据安全与备份、智能化档案处理,以及标准统一化管理等类型。未来其将朝着更广泛的智能技术应用、增强的数据安全与隐私保护、个性化与定制化的服务方式等方向持续发展。Through a systematic investigation of the current state of China's archives cloud ser⁃vice providers and enterprise-owned archives cloud services,the actual cases of enterprise ar⁃chives cloud services are obtained,the current mainstream cloud service types are identified and detailed,and their future development trends are discussed.It is found that the current enterprise archives cloud services mainly include cloud stor⁃age management,online access and sharing,da⁃ta security and backup,intelligent archive process⁃ing,and unified management of standards.In the future,archives cloud service will continue to de⁃velop in the direction of wider intelligent applica⁃tions,enhanced data security and privacy protec⁃tion,and personalized and customized services.
