摘 要:面向新一轮科技革命和产业变革,着力解决科技创新原始动力不足与跨学科人才严重匮乏问题,是高校交叉学科发展的目标。地方综合性大学虽然以其“地方性”和“综合性”优势在促进学科交叉融合方面取得明显成效,但是在交叉学科建设方面还存在设置原则不清晰、资源配置不合理、学科规制不健全、特色优势不明显等问题,究其原因,既有认知因素,也有制度瓶颈,同时还有来自社会的认同问题。推进高校交叉学科建设需要国家、高校和社会的多元协同。对于地方综合性大学而言,可从四个方面推进交叉学科建设:策应国家区域战略,设置交叉学科;面向地方科技创新,整合学科平台;聚焦跨界人才培养,调整学科规则;围绕学科梯队建设,优化评聘机制。Addressing the inadequacy of original impetus for scientific innovation and the severe shortage of interdisciplinary talents is the goal of the interdisciplinary construction in universities. Although local comprehensive universities have achieved remarkable results in promoting the integration of disciplines with their advantages of "locality" and "comprehensiveness", there are still problems in interdisciplinary construction, such as unclear setting principles, unscientific resource allocation, incomplete disciplinary regulations, and indistinctive features and advantages. The reasons behind these problems include cognitive factors, institutional restrictions, and societal recognition. Promoting interdisciplinary construction in universities requires joint coordination from the state, universities, and society. For local comprehensive universities, it is necessary to focus on four aspects to promote interdisciplinary construction: aligning with regional strategies to establish interdisciplines;integrating disciplinary platforms to support local scientific and technological innovation;focusing on cultivating interdisciplinary talents and adjusting disciplinary rules;optimizing evaluation and appointment mechanisms around disciplinary echelons.
