摘 要:降本增效是企业核心竞争力的重要指标之一。随着国内车身技术的发展,新兴技术的应用占据着汽车行业的首要地位,也是降本增效的重要控制环节。视觉补焊满足了系统定位精度和焊点位置精度要求,具有一定的工艺性优势和经济性优势,可提升单工位焊接数量,增加线体的工艺柔性;同时节省了投资端成本和运营端成本。文章主要从视觉补焊的现场测试、项目应用和拓展来介绍:通过新技术在白车身的实际应用来实现最终的成本控制,并针对应用过程中出现的问题进行了一定的优化拓展,为后续项目应用提供了一定的指导意义,具有极大的应用前景。Cost reduction and efficiency increasement is one of the important indicators of a company's core competitiveness.With the development of domestic body technology,the application of emerging technologies occupies a primary position in the automotive industry and is also a key con⁃trol link for cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.Visual seam welding meets the requirements of system positioning accuracy and weld point location accuracy.The advantages and economic ben⁃efits could increase the number of welds per station and enhance the process flexibility of the produc⁃tion line.Moreover,costs on both the investment and operational sides are reduced.The on-site test⁃ing,project application,and extension of visual seam welding are introduced.Cost reduction is achieved through the practical application of new technology in white body manufacturing.Optimiza⁃tion and extension are carried out for the problems encountered during the application process,pro⁃viding guidance significance for subsequent project applications,and has great application prospects.
